By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Phone, SMS, MMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
Natruvia LLC (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Terms and Conditions. By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms, including your agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding, individual-only arbitration.

User Opt In: The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS messages by affirmatively opting in, such as through online enrollment forms. By participating, you agree to receive marketing messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

User Opt Out: To opt out of the Program, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message. Additional confirmation messages may be sent. Other opt-out methods are not considered reasonable.

Program Description: Users may receive messages concerning product releases, promotions, giveaways, discounts, and checkout reminders.

Cost and Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies based on your interaction with Us.

Support Instructions: For support, text “HELP” to the number you received messages from or email info@natruvia.com.

MMS Disclosure: If your device does not support MMS, the Program will send standard SMS messages.

Disclaimer: The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available at all times or locations. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by carriers.

Participant Requirements: Users must have a wireless device capable of two-way messaging and a text messaging plan. Not all carriers support the Program.

Age Restriction: Users under 13 may not use the Service. Users between 13 and 18 require parental consent.

Prohibited Content: Users may not send fraudulent, obscene, unlawful, or offensive content, including viruses or pirated software.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute related to the Program will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, USA, under the rules of a recognized arbitration organization. Class arbitration is not permitted.

Florida Law Compliance: The Program complies with applicable Florida telemarketing and Do Not Call laws for Florida residents, where applicable.

Miscellaneous: Users represent that they have the rights and authority to agree to these Terms. We may update this Agreement, and users are responsible for reviewing changes.

Additional Information
Natruvia reserves the right to amend any information, including prices, specifications, terms of purchase, and product offerings without prior notice. If a product is sold out, Natruvia may cancel the order and refund amounts paid.

Subscriptions, Automatic Payments, and Cancellation
By enrolling in a subscription plan, you consent to automatic charges every billing cycle until you cancel. Prices are as stated at checkout. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next shipment to avoid charges. Contact info@natruvia.com to cancel.

Shipping Policy
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary from 3–7 business days domestically. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Return Policy
Natruvia Refund & Return Policy:

  • 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (first-time purchases only)

  • Contact info@natruvia.com within 90 days for a refund. No return required in most cases.

Important Notes:

  • Applies to first-time purchases of a specific product.

  • Limited to one refund per product type per customer.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Refunds for Subscription Orders:

  • Only unopened items are eligible

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel orders within 6 hours of placement.

  • $2 restocking fee may apply.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges: Return the original item as per our refund policy.

Shipping Costs: Non-refundable except for approved multi-unit returns (first-time purchases).

Return Instructions: Email info@natruvia.com for return instructions and labels. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Christmas Delivery Notice: Orders after December 1 may not arrive before Christmas.

Policy Amendments: Natruvia may update policies at any time without notice.

Accounts
Users must be 18+ and provide accurate information. Maintain password confidentiality. We may refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.
